If You have just come from the Braintree Rifle and Pistol Website, YOU ARE NOW IN THE RIGHT PLACE. It is very confusing finding your way through the list of new, and just listed instructors. Many people are taking advantage of current events to make money. They do classes with 10 or more people at a time. I do only 2 - 3 people at a time. The quality of the class depends on it. Also you will do MORE LIVE SHOOTING with me than anyone else. I have been shooting for over 4o years, and have educated hundreds of people in the shooting sports,. As well as Certificate Courses, I will also teach you to shoot, and provide the necessary safety training, and licensing information. Before you commit to a Certificate Class, Call me about an introductory lesson, or just for information.
This course will teach the basic Skills, Knowledge and Attitude necessary for owning and using a Pistol Safely.
MassPistol is located in Braintree, MA and specializes in training for anyone interested in obtaining their Class A or B license to Carry (LTC) or Firearm Identification Card (FID). This safety course qualifies for the Massachusetts State Police Basic Handgun Safety Certificate.
The Safety Course consists of both classroom and live-fire training at a local gun range. The course is taught by Michael McCusker, a certified NRA Rifle and Pistol Instructor with over 40 years of experience with firearms. He is also a Massachusetts State Police Certified Firearms Safety Instructor.
In this course you will learn:
The Rules for Safe Gun Handling.
The different types of handguns and ammunition.
The Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting.
How to properly clean and store your firearms and ammunition.
Whether you are interested in recreational shooting, competitive shooting, hunting, protection of self and family or collecting firearms, this course will provide you with the proper knowledge and attitude to be a confident and safe gun owner.

BOSTON RESIDENTS ....
We are specialists in the Boston Residents Class.
Boston will require you to take a shooting test to qualify
for a license. We go over the test with you, then allow you
to take a practice test. When you go to Boston to take your test,
you will already know what to do to pass.
